Remarkable services that go beyond shipping and tracking to help you expand your business.
UPS continues to deliver to locations around the world, where permitted.
As always, our highest priority is to help ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, and suppliers while meeting our service commitments. Here’s what you can expect from us:
For more information, we encourage you to visit WHO’s Q&A on Coronavirus.
The majority of our services continue with the same expected delivery timeframes our customers have come to expect. While we have suspended our Service Guarantee in light of overall Coronavirus uncertainties, we remain committed to providing timely and reliable service.
UPS is maintaining delivery services except where limited by government restrictions. We are working in partnership with governments around the world to obtain exceptions that allow our operations to continue wherever possible, even in restricted areas. UPS delivery operations have been designated critical infrastructure by governments and we continue to pick up and deliver, even in restricted areas.
The World Health Organization (WHO) has stated that the likelihood of novel Coronavirus contaminating cardboard or other shipping containers is low.
UPS staff across the globe will continue to follow guidance on the best methods to prevent the spread of infection in accordance with recommendations provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and other health authorities around the world.
To help promote the safety of our employees and customers, we have adjusted the subscription guidelines, which are required for all shipments. Our goal is to minimize physical contact, so the recipient must acknowledge receipt of the shipment and provide, as usual, the document number ID.
Our network planning and operations teams are experienced in adapting to changes, we are developing contingency plans to address possible sources of disruption to our air and ground networks. Of course, we will comply with all government regulations and guidelines related to the containment of the new Coronavirus.
As a result of the advancement of the new Coronavirus and following the recommendations of government authorities, we inform that since March 24, 2020, we are no longer providing face-to-face service at UPS, for an indefinite period.
All pick ups from that date must be scheduled through the website: www.ups.com/br through the field “Ship”, where you can make the payment and generate the Shipping Guide for the shipment or through our Customer Service on the phones : 11 5694 6600 (São Paulo), 0800 770 90 35 (other locations).
We are working daily to continue serving our customers in the best possible way.
Globally, The UPS Foundation has expanded its response to the novel Coronavirus, including new grant allocations of more than $6 million to United Nations agencies, humanitarian relief partners and community-based non-profit and international non-government organizations.
