Keep in Mind

The account number associated with the parcel you want to void must be an account in your UPS.com profile. Where applicable, parcels that are created using a payment card such as a debit or credit card are not eligible for voiding through the Void a Shipment tool. (The tracking numbers for these parcels will have a "T" or "G" in the first eight characters.) Under these conditions, please contact UPS.
