CampusShip Support - Managing My Profile Settings

You have the authority to change your password and modify your UPS CampusShip profile. Only your Company or Location Administrator can set you up in the system and set your shipping privileges.

Your Profile Information

Company or Location Administrators can enrol new UPS CampusShip users by providing certain profile and privilege information and saving it into the system. You may modify parts of your profile information at anytime.

To make changes to your profile, select My Settings at the top of the page and select Edit My Profile. To save changes select Update. Make sure all required fields shown in bold contain acceptable and accurate data before submitting. If the update is not successful, a prompt informs you which fields should be modified or completed.

How To Change Your Password

Changing your password

  1. On the My Settings page, select Change Password.
  2. Enter a new password and confirm it.
  3. Select Update to store your new password in your UPS CampusShip profile.

UPS CampusShip will update your user profile with the new password information. The next time you log in, you may use your new password.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the login page, select the Forgot User ID or Password link.
  2. For a temporary password, enter your User ID and e-mail address and select Submit.
  3. You will receive an e-mail message with a temporary password to use to log in to UPS CampusShip.
  4. You will then be prompted to choose a new password. Select Change Password to update.

Forgot your User ID?

  1. On the login page, select the Forgot User ID or Password link.
  2. To obtain your User ID, enter your e-mail address and select Submit.
  3. You will receive an e-mail message containing your UPS User ID.
