How To Create a Corporate Address Book Entry

  1. Select the My Settings tab and go to Create/Add Address under Corporate Address Book. A page displays that allows you to enter address information to create an address book entry.
  2. Make sure that all required fields in bold contain acceptable and accurate data before selecting Create to store the information in UPS CampusShip. To quit the address book entry, select Cancel.
    Note: To help identify the address record when searching or editing this address book, enter a unique nickname.
  3. To complete creation of the new corporate address, select Create. If the update requires more information, a prompt informs you which fields should be modified or completed.

How To Create a Personal Address Book Entry

  1. Select the My Settings tab and go to Create/Add Address under Personal Address Book. A page displays that allows you to enter address information to create an address book entry.
  2. Make sure that all required fields in bold contain acceptable and accurate data before selecting Create to store the information in UPS CampusShip. To quit the address book entry, select Cancel.
    Note: To help identify the address record when searching or editing this address book, enter a unique nickname.
  3. To complete creation of the new personal address, select Create. If the update requires more information, a prompt informs you which fields should be modified or completed.
