  • Suspension of Money Back Guarantee reinstated for some shipments

    Effective 5 April 2021 the UPS Money Back Guarantee will be reinstated for UPS Worldwide Express services. Please note that the previously announced suspension remains in place for European Domestic and Transborder Express services.

    Effective 26 March 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee (referred to as the UPS Money Back Guarantee) for all shipments from any origin to any destination.
