How UPS is responding to the Coronavirus

Effective 5 April 2021, the UPS Service Guarantee will be reinstated for international UPS Worldwide Express services from Asia Pacific including UPS Worldwide Express Plus®, UPS Worldwide Express®, UPS Worldwide Express Saver®, UPS Worldwide Express Freight® Midday and UPS Worldwide Express Freight®.

Effective 10 May, 2021, UPS Service Guarantee will be reinstated for domestic UPS Express Saver services in Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia and Singapore. The suspension of the UPS Service Guarantee, announced on 26 March 2020, remains in place for intra-Asia UPS Worldwide Expedited services.

*UPS Service Guarantee for domestic UPS Express Saver service in Australia only applies to metropolitan areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

UPS continues to deliver worldwide. In the U.S., UPS is designated among the government’s critical infrastructure and, therefore, operations continue as normal. We also continue to deliver to locations around the world, where permitted.

  • Constant monitoring of our air and ground networks to address potential sources of disruption in our air and ground networks.
  • Compliance with applicable government regulations related to the containment of Coronavirus.
  • Careful guidance and information being provided to our staff across the globe regarding the best ways to prevent the spread of infection, based on guidelines from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and, within the U.S., the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.   • Ability to track your deliveries worldwide on ups.com.
  • Where available, you can sign up for the free UPS My Choice which enables you to provide more specific delivery instructions such as where to leave deliveries, where to redirect them and the ability to receive delivery notifications.
