UPS operations will continue, with daily collections and deliveries except where constrained by government restrictions.
For parcels requiring a signature, our drivers can temporarily do this on behalf of the customer to avoid unnecessary contact via hand-held devices.
Reinstatement of UPS Money Back Guarantee
Effective for shipments sent on or after 10 May 2021, the UPS Money Back Guarantee is reinstated for Express services in Europe.
