UPS Waybill
Waybill Form

The UPS Waybill is designed to handle the intricacies of international transportation, yet it is simple enough to use for routine international shipments. Detailed "How to Prepare" instructions are included on the reverse side of the Waybill.

For multiple-package shipments, a completed waybill is necessary only for the lead package. Record the total number of packages included in the shipment in section 5A of the waybill. All additional packages should include an address label and a UPS Worldwide Services Tracking label. To order UPS Waybills and Worldwide Services tracking labels, see the Order Supplies area. You may also request that address information be preprinted on your Waybills.

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION

Other documents may be necessary based on the value and the nature of the shipment and on the particular rules of the destination country (See export documentation).

A Commercial Invoice is not required for UPS Express Letters, nor for shipments containing only documents. For these items, the declaration on the UPS Waybill is sufficient. However, if your shipment contains commodities to be purchased or sold, three copies of a Commercial Invoice are required.

You can authorize UPS to prepare the U.S. Shipper's Export Declaration on your behalf. Just sign the Waybill and complete the information requested. A processing fee, as stated on the current rate chart, will be assessed and billed to the shipper.
