Additionally, Saturday delivery is also available to major metropolitan areas in the U.S. from key business centers around the world. Of course, UPS Worldwide Express Saturday Delivery is also available without charge to those countries where Saturday is considered a business day.

SonicAir monitors commercial airlines' on-time performance -flight by flight - in order to select the most reliable flight to meet your deadline. The service employs an online flight schedule optimizer that uses real-time flight data. Airlines' on-time performance is also considered. SonicAir features a proactive "30/30" tracking system that checks every package 30 minutes after scheduled flight departure and 30 minutes before scheduled flight arrival in order to proactively notify you of any potential delay.

For shipments that do not require overnight or express delivery, we offer a guaranteed alternative that is faster than traditional air freight. UPS Worldwide Expedited service offers guaranteed day-definite delivery within two to five days.

UPS Worldwide Expedited provides door-to-door, customs-cleared delivery to more than 45 destination countries. Most shipments to Canada and Mexico are delivered within three business days. Most shipments to major destinations in Europe and Asia are delivered within four or five business days.

Services to Canada:

UPS Standard to Canada offers guaranteed fully tracked ground delivery for your routine shipments. UPS Standard to Canada is available from the 48 contiguous states to every address in all of Canada's ten provinces. Rates for UPS Standard to Canada service do not include routine customs clearance. Remember that UPS does not ship any Prohibited Articles outside of the U.S.

Imports to the US:

UPS Worldwide Express Plus offers guaranteed one or two-day delivery by 8:00 a.m. or 8:30 a.m., depending on the destination, from major business centers around the world to major business centers in the 48 contiguous states and Alaska. UPS also guarantees next-business-day delivery of document shipments by 8:00 a.m. from major metropolitan areas in Canada. UPS will automatically call the shipper on the day your shipment is delivered, and will call the shipper and the recipient if there are any changes in the delivery schedule

UPS Worldwide Express provides guaranteed door-to-door, customs-cleared delivery from more than 170 countries and territories. Deliveries are guaranteed for one or two days, depending on the destination. Overnight delivery of UPS Letters and documents is guaranteed from hundreds of business centers worldwide to U.S. destinations, most by 10:30 a.m. with an early pickup. Overnight package delivery is guaranteed by 10:30 a.m. from most locations in Canada and major business centers in Europe. Two-day package delivery is guaranteed from most of Europe.

UPS 3 Day Select is an economical service with guaranteed delivery from most locations in Canada to every address in the 48 contiguous states within three business days.

UPS Standard from Canada provides guaranteed delivery of routine shipments from Canada to every address in the 48 contiguous states via low-cost ground delivery. Charges for customs clearance are not included. For Standard shipments to the United States, UPS provides customs and brokerage services unless otherwise specified on the export documentation. Brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will be billed to the importer unless otherwise indicated by the shipper.
