To view the predefined tabbing orders:
Click Tab Order Editor on the Tools menu or click the Editor button next to the Tab Order box in the Profile Editor window. The Tab Order Editor window appears.
Click the down arrow in the Tab Order Name box and select one of the following predefined tab orders:
UPS - This tab order takes you to every field in the Shipping window. The availability of options and entry fields may still change in response to your choices.
Quick Ship - This tab order allows you to tab to the minimum fields required to ship a package (that is, basic Ship To information and package weight).
Quick Ship w/Options - In addition to tabbing to the minimum fields required to ship a package, this tab order takes you to all the fields on the Service and Options tabs for which a predefined value (or default) cannot be set. Note that you can tab to the Shipment Options and Package Options groups on the Options tab, but you cannot tab between the option check boxes.
The tab order appears in the Tab Order box. See Compare the Predefined Tabbing Orders.
When you are finished, click the Close button.
Notes:
The UPS, Quick Ship, and Quick Ship w/Options tab orders are predefined and cannot be deleted or modified and saved using the predefined names. A message appears if you try to delete or save one of these tab orders.
If you want to base a new tab order on an existing predefined tab order:
Click the down arrow in the Tab Order Name box and select that tab order name. The tabbing order appears in the Tab Order box.
Modify the tabbing order.
Type a new name in the Tab Order Name box.
Click the Save button.
Your new tab order is saved without changing the predefined tab order on which it was based.
If you do not assign a tab order to a profile or select a profile in the Shipping window, UPS WorldShip assigns the UPS tab order.
