The Freight tab allows you to set the number of labels to print for each handling unit and miscellaneous other settings for Air and Ground Freight shipments.
Using the Freight tab:
Under Number of Labels to Print, enter the number of labels to print (from 1 to 99) in the Per Handling Unit box.
Under Air Freight:
Select the Print SLI check box to print the Shipper's Letter of Instruction (SLI) during shipment processing, or clear this check box if you do not want to print the SLI during shipment processing.
Note: The following Air Freight fields appear only for Air Freight shippers with a House Account.
Select the Consolidate Shipments check box to consolidate shipments, or clear this check box if you do not want to consolidate shipments.
If you select the Consolidate Shipments check box, click the down arrow in the Based on Reference No. box and select the reference number as an Air Freight shipment consolidation criteria.
Under Ground Freight:
Note: The following Ground Freight fields appear only for Ground
Freight shippers eligible to consolidate and close out shipments.
Select the Consolidate Shipments check box to consolidate shipments, or clear the check box if you do not want to consolidate shipments.
If you select the Consolidate Shipments check box, click the down arrow in the Based on Reference No. box and select the reference number as a Ground Freight shipment consolidation criteria.
Click the OK button.
