Add a Custom Reference Qualifier

To add a custom Reference Qualifier:

1. On the Tools menu, click Reference Qualifier Editor. The Reference Qualifier Editor window appears.

2. Type a description, up to 30 characters, in the Description box.

3. Type a label, up to 15 characters, in the Label box.

4. Type the two-character code in the Qualifier box.

5. Click the Add button.

Your custom description (along with the predefined reference qualifiers) appear as choices in the following:

• The Package Reference No. Label boxes in the Charge Back Code Editor window.

• The Has the Reference Qualifier box in the Address Book Editor window. See Change the Reference Number Box Titles for a Customer.
