Mark or Unmark Shipments/Packages as Voided in the Shipment History Window

When you void shipments from the UPS Void Shipments Page, the Shipment History window is not updated and does not indicate that you voided the shipments. As a reminder to yourself, you can manually mark the voided shipments.

To request the interception of a previously shipped package:

  1. In the Shipment History window, select the date, shipper, or package for which you want to mark as voided.

  2. On the Activities menu, click Mark Shipment/Package as Voided. The image\ShipIcon.gif shipment and image\PackIcon.gif package icons change to image\VoidShip-User.gif and image\VoidPack-User.gif respectively.

To manually unmark a shipment as voided in the Shipment History window:

  1. In the Shipment History window, select the marked shipment (image\VoidShip-User.gif) or marked package (image\VoidPack-User.gif) that you want to unmark.

  2. On the Activities menu, click Unmark Shipment/Package as Voided. The image\VoidShip-User.gif marked shipment and image\VoidPack-User.gif marked package icons change to image\ShipIcon.gif and image\PackIcon.gif respectively.
