When you void shipments from the UPS Void Shipments Page, the Shipment History window is not updated and does not indicate that you voided the shipments. As a reminder to yourself, you can manually mark the voided shipments.
To request the interception of a previously shipped package:
In the Shipment History window, select the date, shipper, or package for which you want to mark as voided.
On the Activities menu,
click Mark Shipment/Package as Voided. The
shipment and
package icons change to
and
respectively.
To manually unmark a shipment as voided in the Shipment History window:
In the Shipment History
window, select the marked shipment (
) or marked package (
) that you want to unmark.
On the Activities menu,
click Unmark Shipment/Package as Voided. The
marked shipment and
marked package icons change to
and
respectively.
