High Value Report
Note: This report prints only if the origin of the shipment is the United States or Puerto Rico. It does not print for all other origins.
This report automatically prints during the End of Day process only if you processed a package with a Declared Value of $1,000 or more. This report shows the tracking number, package ID, and Declared Value of each high-value package. In addition, the report divides high-value packages into two groups:
Declared values from $1,000 to $4,999.
Declared values of $5,000 and over.
If you use multiple shippers to process high-value packages, the package information is grouped by shipper accounts, and the report information for each shipper starts on a new page. The shipper number is shown in the UPS Shipper No. field in the upper-right corner of the report.
Important: This report prints twice during the End of Day process: one copy for you and one copy for the UPS driver. To record pickup confirmation for your records, ensure that the UPS driver signs your copy of the report and records the pickup time and total number of high-value packages on the last line of the report. Then, be sure to give the second copy of this report to your UPS driver for his or her records.
