Customs Declaration CN 22

A form required on all international UPS Mail Innovations and UPS SurePost shipments that is the USPS equivalent to a Commercial Invoice. The form identifies the commodities (or goods) being shipped and their values.

Notes:

• To automatically print this form when you process a shipment, you must set it as a shipper preference. Using the UPS Mail Innovations or UPS SurePost tab in the Shipper Editor window, select the Print CN 22 check box and provide a range of USPS numbers. See Add or Modify a Shipper.

• This form prints on the report printer. To select a report printer, see Set Printing Setup System Preferences.
