To update or cancel a pickup request for a Ground Freight shipment:
Under Ground Freight in the Shipment History window, locate and select the shipment for which you want to update or cancel the pickup request. Information about the shipment appears on the right side of the window.
Click Update/Cancel Pickup
on the Activities menu. The Update/Cancel Pickup window appears and displays
information for the selected shipment.
Tip: The Update/Cancel Pickup
command is active only if the shipment has a pickup scheduled.
Confirm the information for the shipment.
To update the pickup request:
Update the fields as needed.
Click the Update Pickup button. A confirmation message appears.
Click the OK button.
To cancel the pickup request:
Click the Cancel Pickup button. A confirmation message appears.
Click the OK button. "The pickup has been cancelled successfully" message appears.
Click the OK button.
