The Return Services tab allows you to specify a Return Services type and report printing preferences.
Using the Return Services tab:
Under Default Type, click the down arrow in the Return Services Type box and select a type.
Under Report Printing Preference:
Select the Enable Return Services Reports check box to print a report automatically. Clear this check box if you do not want to print a report.
Select Print Complete Invoice/SED/NAFTA CO to enable the Documents tab in the Shipping window for international Return Services shipments.
Select Print Address Only Invoice/Blank SED and NAFTA CO to disable the Documents tab in the Shipping window for international Return Services shipments.
Select the Save Invoice To check box to save the Return
Services Invoice and then select either PDF File or RTF
If you select the Save Invoice To check box, click the Browse button and navigate to and select the directory to save the Invoice.
If the folder path is not valid, a message appears. Click the OK button to return to the Return Services tab.
In a LAN environment, the functionality of this check box is maintained by the shipper and workstation. Each shipper on each workstation can specify unique preferences for saving to a PDF or an RTF file.
Under Number of Copies to Print, type the number of copies (up to 9) to print in the Invoice, SED, and NAFTA CO boxes.
Under UPS Returns Exchange/UPS Returns Pack and Collect:
Select the Use Default Return To Address check box and then click the ... button to display the Remit To Address window and provide a default address for UPS Returns Exchange and UPS Returns Pack and Collect shipments. Clear this check box to use the Ship From address from the outbound shipment as the Return To address for the return shipment.
Select the Use Default Service for Return Service Shipment check box and then click the down arrow and select a default service to appear in the UPS Service box on the Service tab for UPS Returns Exchange and UPS Returns Pack and Collect shipments. Clear this check box to use the service type from the outbound shipment as the service type for the return shipment.
