Return Services Tab in the Shipper Editor Window

The Return Services tab allows you to specify a Return Services type and report printing preferences.

Using the Return Services tab:

  1. Under Default Type, click the down arrow in the Return Services Type box and select a type.

  2. Under Report Printing Preference:

  1. Under Number of Copies to Print, type the number of copies (up to 9) to print in the Invoice, SED, and NAFTA CO boxes.

  2. Under UPS Returns Exchange/UPS Returns Pack and Collect:

  3. Select the Use Default Return To Address check box and then click the ... button to display the Remit To Address window and provide a default address for UPS Returns Exchange and UPS Returns Pack and Collect shipments. Clear this check box to use the Ship From address from the outbound shipment as the Return To address for the return shipment.

  4. Select the Use Default Service for Return Service Shipment check box and then click the down arrow and select a default service to appear in the UPS Service box on the Service tab for UPS Returns Exchange and UPS Returns Pack and Collect shipments. Clear this check box to use the service type from the outbound shipment as the service type for the return shipment.
