Generate Return Service Customer Receipts

You can generate a Return Service Customer Receipt for a UPS Print Return Label shipment or customer instructions and a receipt for a UPS Electronic Return Label shipment.

To generate a Return Service Customer Receipt for a UPS Print Return Label shipment:

  1. Set the system preference. See Set Printing Setup System Preferences.

  2. Process the shipment:

  3. On the Options tab, select the Return Services check box under Shipment Options. The available options appear under Shipment Return Services.

  4. Select UPS Print Return Label.

  5. Click the down arrow in the Receipt Language box and select the language for the Return Service Customer Receipt.

    Tip:
    Use the Profile Editor to set a preference for this box. See Add a Profile.

To generate customer instructions and a receipt for a UPS Electronic Return Label shipment:

  1. On the Options tab, select the Return Services check box under Shipment Options. The available options appear under Shipment Return Services.

  2. Select UPS Electronic Return Label. The Details button appears.

  3. Click the Details button. The Return Services Details window appears.

  4. Type information in the fields, as needed.

    Tip:
     Use the Profile Editor to set a preference for these fields. See Add a Profile.

  5. Click the OK button.
