Provide International Documentation Info for UPS SurePost Shipments

You must specify all international documentation information.

On the Documents tab, you can:

  1. Select the Print CN 22 Label check box to print the Customs Declaration CN 22 using UPS WorldShip or clear this check box to generate the Customs Declaration CN 22 using a tool other than WorldShip.

    Notes:

  2. Use the Shipper Editor to set a default for this check box. See Add or Modify a Shipper.

  3. If you clear this check box, the CN 22 tab and Goods button become inactive, but if you have entered CN 22 goods in the Goods window, a message asks you to confirm your decision. If you continue to clear this check box, the CN 22 goods are deleted, and the CN 22 tab and Goods button become inactive.

  1. On the CN 22 tab:

  2. Select the type of shipment (that is, Gift, Documents, Commercial Sample, or Other).

  3. If you select Other as the type of shipment, type a description of the package in the Description box.

  4. US dollar is shown in the Currency box and the box is inactive.

  5. Total Value displays the total value of the goods.
