Use Other Types of Help

 In addition to the UPS WorldShip Help, the following types of help are available on the Web:

• UPS WorldShip User Guide - This guide provides general information about shipping functionality as well as step-by-step instructions on the most popular shipping activities.

• Installation Guide - This guide provides information on installing WorldShip on a standalone workstation, Local Area Network (LAN) administrative workstation, or LAN remote workstation.

• Void Tutorial - This training tutorial provides general information on voiding a shipment.

• Function Shortcuts Sheet - This sheet provides brief descriptions of shortcuts you can use in WorldShip.

• Shipment Auto Import Schema - This schema provides the information that you need to do an XML auto import.

• Support Documents - These documents provide step-by-step instructions on the most popular shipping activities.

To access the WorldShip User Guide, Installation Guide, and Function Shortcuts Sheet:

1. Make sure that Adobe Reader is installed on your PC. You will need this free software program to view the guides.
   
   Tip: If you need to install the Reader, click Get Adobe Reader.

2. On the Help menu, click UPS WorldShip User Guides. The Access User Guides page appears.

3. Click the Download link for the desired guide.

4. View and print the document as needed.

To access the Void Tutorial, Shipment Auto Import Schema, and support documents:

1. Make sure that Adobe Reader is installed on your PC. You will need this free software program to view the support documents.
   
   Tip: If you need to install the Reader, click Get Adobe Reader.

2. Go to www.ups.com/worldship.

3. Click the down arrow in the Select Your Location box, select your country/language, and click the Go button.

4. Click Get WorldShip Support.

5. Click the appropriate link for the desired help type:

6. For the Void Tutorial, click View Void Shipment Demo.

7. For the Shipment Auto Import Schema and other support documents, click View Support Documents.
   
   Tip:  You must use a text editor (such as, Notepad or WordPad) to open the schema.

6. View and print the documents as needed.
