Note: The following task is available only if you are working on a Local Area Network (LAN) administrative or remote workstation.
To send a message to one or more workstations (using a LAN administrative or remote workstation):
On the Remote Workstations menu, click Show Workstations. The Workstations window appears.
Under Workstation, select
one or more active
workstations to which you want to send a message or click the Select All
button to select all workstations.
Tips:
If you decide not to send the message to a particular workstation, simply select the workstation again to clear the selection.
If you want to clear all your selections, click the Deselect All button.
If you want to update the workstation list, click the Refresh List button.
Type your message in the Text Messenger box.
Click the Send button. The message appears on each recipient's workstation that is running UPS WorldShip.
