The Tracking Number Manager allows you to track multiple shipments in one request by maintaining a list of tracking numbers that can be tracked in one request.
To track multiple shipments by tracking numbers from the Tracking Number Manager:
Select one or more tracking numbers in the Shipment History window (see tips below). These numbers can include:
Under UPS Pickups, 1Z tracking numbers from shipments on which you have completed the End of Day process. These shipments are identified by End of Day date and time.
Under UPS Consolidated Movements (if you have a contract for Trade Direct), 1Z tracking numbers, Sub Pro numbers, and USI numbers from closed movements. These movements are identified by close out date and time.
On the Tools menu, click Tracking Number Manager. The Tracking Number Manager window appears.
Click the Add button. The
tracking numbers selected in the Shipment History window are added to
the 1Z and Sub Pro/USI tabs.
Tip: The Sub Pro/USI tab does not appear for non-Trade Direct shippers.
Review the tracking numbers on the 1Z and Sub Pro/USI tabs and add or remove numbers as needed:
To add a number,
return to the Shipment History window, select the additional tracking
number, return to the Tracking Number Manager window, and click the Add
button. The selected tracking numbers are added to the 1Z and Sub Pro/USI
Alternative Action: After selecting the additional tracking number in the Shipment History window, click Add Tracking Number(s) on the Activities menu. The Tracking Number Manager window appears and the selected tracking numbers are added to the 1Z and Sub Pro/USI tabs.
To remove a number, select the number and click the Remove Selected button. The tracking number is removed.
To remove all the numbers on a tab, click the Remove All button. The tracking numbers are removed.
Once you are satisfied with your selections, click the Track List button. Your system connects to the UPS Tracking Number Response Page.
Review the information on your packages.
When you are finished, click the X button in the upper-right corner of the window.
