Registered My UPS users can store tracking numbers in their profiles, saving time spent typing--or looking for the number. Users are also able to view enhaned tracking detail including proof of delivery with C.O.D. and reference numbers.

With UPS, tracking numbers don't have to be numbers. Assign easy-to-remember terms, for example, "Mom's birthday present" as a reference. Businesses use references to tie the shipments back to their databases and simplify invoicing.
To assign references to shipments, use the "reference" fields on the first screen of UPS Internet Shipping.

You'll get instant proof of delivery for faster billing and can view full delivery address information and the actual signature image of the person who received your shipment as soon as they sign for it. Only registered My UPS users with access to Signature Tracking can use this service.

Quantum View NotifySM lets you answer "Where's my package?" calls before you receive them. By automatically sending e-mail updates to as many as five recipients, you and your customers will know when a shipment was sent and when it will arrive.
Use Quantum View Notify whenever you use UPS shipping systems - just choose Add Shipping Options and select Quantum View Notify.
