How To Void a Shipment

You can void charges for a shipment that has already billed to your UPS account, but has not been shipped. Here's how:
- Select Tracking in the area at the top.
- Select Void a Shipment in the area at the left.
- Enter the tracking number for the shipment you wish to void, and select Continue.
- You will see shipment information for the tracking number you entered.
If your shipment includes one package: Verify that the information is correct for the charges you wish to void, then select Void to complete the transaction. If your shipment includes multiple packages: Verify that the information is correct for the charges you wish to void. Select the checkbox next to the packages you wish to void shipping charges, then select Void to complete the transaction.
You will then be taken to a Void Request Confirmation screen, which you can print and save for your records.
