Please allow 10 business days from the date of your initial request to allow for processing and mail delays. If you have requested your PIN and have not received it after 10 business days from the date of your initial request, contact the "In Care Of" title you selected within your company when you originally requested UPS Signature Tracking.
These are the eight possible "In Care Of" titles you could have selected. They are listed below.
- Accounting Manager
- Customer Service Manager
- Distribution Manager
- Mailroom Manager
- Office Manager
- Shipping Manager
- Traffic Manager
- Transportation Manager
Since PINs are mailed to the pickup address on file with UPS, you should ask the identified manager to verify that the UPS pick-up address is a valid U.S. Mail delivery stop that receives mail. You may also check with your mailroom or ask your company's Shipping Representative to forward your PIN when received.
If you still have not received your PIN, you can request another PIN to be mailed to the pickup address for your company's UPS account. The process is the same as you used for your initial PIN request.
