How To Generate a Proof of Delivery

My UPS offers enhanced features for tracking, such as online Proof of Delivery. With Proof of Delivery, you can find out what time a shipment arrived at its destination and generate a Proof of Delivery letter for your records.
To request Proof of Delivery, please follow the instructions below:
- Log in to My UPS.
- Select the Tracking tab at the top of the page. This will take you to the Tracking main page.
- Enter your Tracking Number in the input field, or select a previously saved tracking number.
- Select Track.
- Select Proof of Delivery on the Tracking Detail page to display a printable Delivery Notification page.
