With Delivery Change Request, you as the receiver, can request that UPS change the original delivery instructions for your shipment after the first delivery attempt via phone or the Web. UPS will perform one of the following actions:
Will Call: Hold the shipment for pickup
Deliver to Another Address: Reroute the shipment to a new address
Reschedule Delivery: Hold the shipment for delivery on a future date
Return to Sender: Return the shipment to the shipper (not available in Puerto Rico)
A fee is assessed for all types of requests except for Will Call and Return to Sender. You will only be charged if your intercept request is completed.

To initiate a Delivery Change Request, enter your UPS InfoNotice number either in the Track Packages section of the homepage or directly in the Tracking section of ups.com.
