How do I void a shipment?
The process varies according to which UPS shipping service you use.

Checking Pickup Status

Follow these simple steps to check the status of your pickup request:

Select Shipping in the area at the top.
Select Schedule a Pickup in the area at the left, then select Pickup Status.
Enter your Pickup Request Number and select Submit. This number was displayed when you initially submitted your pickup request.
Select Modify Pickup if you need to change any information. You will then see the updated status of your pickup request, and all related previously entered information.
Select Cancel Pickup to cancel the original pickup request.
