Viewing Pickup History

You can review previous pickups, and modify or cancel new pickup requests on the Pickup History page. You can also request a pickup using information from a previous pickup.
Follow these steps to access your Pickup History:
- Select Shipping at the top of the page.
- Select Schedule a Pickup in the area at the left.
- Select Pickup History.
For each pickup, you will see:
- The date the shipment was picked up.
- The Pickup Request Number, which is linked to details about that pickup.
- A description of the pickup.
You can select the number of pickups displayed on the Pickup History page from the Display per Page dropdown menu.
