When you request a pickup, you will be asked to enter a shipment ready time and a pickup time. These times must be at least one hour apart. Also, you cannot enter a shipment ready time that has already passed.

If your UPS label has a package symbol in the bottom right-hand corner, the UPS driver will pick up your package without an End of Day Barcode summary report. For more information, please contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877).

There is no limit on the number of packages UPS will pick up.
Pickup Requests Online Each pickup request created through ups.com can include up to 30 total UPS Ground and UPS 3 Day Select packages. If you have more than 30 packages to pick up, you can create additional pickup requests as needed.

You must be registered and logged in to My UPS to use an alternate billing method for the pickup charge.

You can choose to pay the pickup charges through any of the following options:
- Selecting an alternative UPS Account Number associated with your profile.
- Billing by the same method as the package's shipping charge.
- Using the UPS Account Number of the shipment's receiver or a third party.
- Choosing an existing credit card in your My UPS profile or another credit card that is not in your profile.

For UPS.com On-Call Pickup:
- There is a charge of $4.00 per package for all UPS Air services and Express Envelopes or packages. This fee is waived for shippers who have a Daily Pickup Account.
- For UPS 3 Day Select and UPS Ground packages, there is $4.00 per package charge for same day pickup and a $3.00 per package charge for future day pickup.
- There is no charge for international export On-Call pickups.
- Saturday pickup is $12.50 per Express Envelope, package or Hundredweight shipment. If a Saturday pickup is scheduled, but nothing is shipped, a $12.50 service charge will be assessed.
For 1-800-PICK-UPS On-Call Pickup:
- There is a charge of $4.00 per package for all UPS Air services and Express Envelopes or packages. This fee is waived for shippers who have a Daily Pickup Account.
- For UPS 3 Day Select and UPS Ground packages, there is $5.00 per package charge for same day pickup and a $4.00 per package charge for future day pickup.
- There is no charge for international export On-Call pickups.
- Saturday pickup is $12.50 per Express Envelope, package or Hundredweight shipment. If a Saturday pickup is scheduled, but nothing is shipped, a $12.50 service charge will be assessed.

Yes. When you schedule a pickup, you will receive a Pickup Request Number. You can use this number to track the status, modify, or cancel your pickup.
If you have registered with My UPS and are logged in, you can check the status of your pickup requests in your Pickup History.
If you are not registered with My UPS, you must enter your Pickup Request Number to check on the status of your pickup.

You can cancel or modify a pickup at any time before the driver arrives.

If you have registered with My UPS and are logged in, you can visit your Pickup History to cancel or modify your pickup requests.
If you are not registered with My UPS and/or not logged in, you must first enter your Pickup Request Number to check on the status of your pickup.
You can also call 1-800-PICK-UPS and use your Pickup Request Number to cancel or modify a pickup request.

When you register with My UPS, you can save time by setting your pickup preferences. The pickup options you select will appear as defaults when you log in to make a pickup request.

If you have registered with My UPS and are logged in, you can access previous pickup requests in your Pickup History for up to 21 days.
