How do I void a shipment?

A variety of UPS labels, paks, and supplies are offered at no charge to UPS account holders through UPS.com and 1-800-PICK-UPS® (1-800-742-5877). Other packaging and moving supplies are sold at The UPS Store® and UPS Customer Center locations.

You can order up to 50 different supplies at a time. Preprinted forms must be ordered one at a time. Each different supply or preprinted form must be ordered in the minimum quantities described at the time of ordering.

Your supplies will be delivered using UPS Ground delivery.

UPS Ground shipments are generally delivered within one to two business days. Your order confirmation will provide the delivery schedule details. Generally, the following guidelines will apply to supply orders:
- If your order is placed on a business day (excluding U.S. holidays) before 4:00 p.m. local time, it will be shipped UPS Ground the same day.
- If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped UPS Ground the following Monday.
If your order is placed after 4:00 p.m. local time, it will be shipped UPS Ground the following business day (excluding U.S. holidays).

The type of account you have determines which supplies you can access, your maximum quantity, and where your UPS supplies are sent.

A Quick List is a supply list you can create to categorize the supplies you order most frequently. Most users will have access to two Quick Lists—one for preprinted forms and one for all other supplies.

The maximum order quantity of a supply item is based on your recent shipping history. If you need more supplies than you usually order, call UPS at 1-800-PICK UPS.

UPS Supplies are sent to the Pickup Address you established when you opened your UPS Account. If your Ship To information is incorrect, and you are unable to change it, please call 1-800-PICK-UPS for support prior to submitting your order through UPS.com. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
