Processing Your Shipment
UPS offers three convenient ways to process your shipments on the Web.


How To Ship Using Stored Preferences
  1. Log in.
  2. Select the Shipping tab at the top of the page.
  3. In the area at the left, select Create a Shipment, and then select Set Preferences.
  4. Set your preferences. By setting your Shipping Preferences, you can have your default information automatically populate key fields within the Internet Shipping process. To save your settings, select Update.
  5. Select Create a Shipment in the area at the left.
  6. Enter or select the Ship To address.
  7. Fill in any information not specified in your Shipping Preferences.
  8. When all package information has been entered to your satisfaction, you may select Preview Shipment to verify your shipping options and pricing information before your shipment enters the UPS system.
  9. To complete your shipment and print your labels and receipt, select Ship Now.

How To Ship When Changing Shipping Options
  1. Log in.
  2. Select the Shipping tab at the top of the page.
  3. In the area at the left, select Create a Shipment.
  4. Enter or select the Ship To address.
  5. Select Add Shipping Options to designate your shipping options (service, packaging, payment information, and other shipping characteristics) or to change your default preferences.
  6. You may select Preview Shipment to verify your shipping options and pricing information before your shipment enters the UPS system.
  7. Select Ship Now to complete your shipment and print your labels and receipt.

How To Re-ship a Package
Re-shipping allows you to use shipping information from a previous shipment as your starting point for shipping a new package. Please follow these steps to re-ship a package.

  1. Log in.
  2. Select the Shipping tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select Create a Shipment, and then select View History or Void Shipment.
  4. Select the radio button next to the desired shipment.
  5. Select Ship Again.
  6. Make any necessary changes to the shipping attributes and options of the previous shipment.
  7. Select Ship Now.
