How to Open a UPS Account Online

Opening a UPS Account online is easy. To open an account, you will be asked to provide information that will help us better tailor an account type to meet your needs.
1. Tell Us Your Shipping Requirements
We will ask you to provide some information about your shipping requiremements. This is so that we can identify and recommend an account type that matches your needs.
2. Enter Your Billing and Location Information
Billing Information
Enter information about your billing preferences. Personal accounts will be required to provide a valid major credit card. Business accounts electing the Weekly Billing option should pass the credit verification. Otherwise, Business accounts may elect the Credit Card option.
Location Information
If you require a Daily Pickup, you will be asked to specify your pickup requirements.
After your account registration has been completed, you can begin shipping immediately. To get started, select the Open a UPS Account link on the right side of this page.
