Note: If you modify a profile that is assigned to a shipper or customer that has a shipment in progress, the modified profile information will not display in the Shipping window until after the shipment is processed.
- On the Tools tab, select the Create/Edit Profile button. The Profile Editor window replaces the Shipping window. Note that even though it is similar to the Shipping window, the Profile Editor window is different.
- On the left side of the Profile Editor window, select the down arrow in the Profile Name box and select the name of the profile you want to modify. (The list is alphabetical.) The preferences associated with the profile display.
- Make the modifications.
- Select the Save Profile button. WorldShip® validates the profile information. If the validation is successful, the information is saved. If the validation is not successful, WorldShip displays a message showing which entry must be changed.
