What do I do when my UPS-provided system stops responding?
Attempt to determine when the system stopped responding. This helps determine how to proceed without having to cold boot the system, which sometimes causes database problems.

For instance, if the system stopped responding after selecting Process Shipment and no labels were issued, it could be a sign that the printers are having a problem. Turn off the printers and see if the system responds.

If the system is still not responding, use the link below to send an e-mail to UPS requesting assistance.
