Wireless Tracking
Use these instructions to track your UPS shipment and get other information with your wireless phone, personal digital assistant (PDA), or pager.

Tracking with Your One-Way SMS Digital Phone
 
1.  Dial 1-877-238-3635.
2.  Listen to the voice menu and select the service you wish to access.
3.  Listen to the voice prompts and enter the requested information on your phone keypad.
4.  You will receive the results of your inquiry via a text message on your phone.

Tracking with Your Two-Way SMS Digital Phone
 
1.  Dial 1-877-238-3635.
2.  Listen to the voice menu and select the service you wish to access.
3.  Listen to the voice prompts and enter the requested information on your phone keypad.
4.  You will receive the results of your inquiry via a text message on your phone.

Tracking with Your Web-Enabled Digital Phone
 
1.  Open the browser on your phone.
2.  Go to: mobile.ups.com.
3.  On your first visit, you will be asked to enter your phone number and PIN to authenticate use of mobile.ups.com.
4.  Begin your inquiry.

Tracking with Your Personal Digital Assistant (PDA)
 
1.  Launch the application from your PDA with a tap of the stylus.
2.  Provide your My UPS username and your UPS Wireless PIN number.
3.  Begin your inquiry.

Tracking with Your Web-Enabled Pager
 
1.  Go to mobile.ups.com.
2.  Provide your My UPS username and your UPS Wireless PIN number.
3.  Begin your inquiry.
