How do I begin using Manage Inbound Charges?
You can access the Manage Inbound Charges application by selecting Billing from the My UPS drop-down menu on the ups.com homepage.

Manage Inbound Charges is located in the Manage Your Bill area.

Select "Add Invoice Accounts" or "View Invoice Accounts."

Note: You will be required to authenticate your account, using information from a recent invoice.

Select "New Shipper Account Exceptions." Establish from which accounts you will accept or deny charges.
