What happened to UPS Online Tools?

UPS Online Tools are now referred to as the UPS Developer Kit and reside in the UPS Developer Resource Center. Within the Developer Resource Center, IT professionals and third-party developers have access to APIs which can be integrated into an e-commerce website or existing application.
