What is Your Name Variation and why is it important?

Also referred to as a nickname or alternate name, a first name variation is another way your package might be labeled by the shipper. For example, if your name is Robert you may receive shipments addressed to Bob, Bobby, or RJ. Nicknames used by friends and family, such as Junior, JR, Tripp, Trey, etc., should also be included.

By providing a comprehensive list of variations on your first name you'll be sure to have access to the My Choice features for all your UPS home deliveries.

Note: Do not include your last name in the Your First Name Variation(s) field.

If you want to add other household members (like a spouse or child) to your membership, complete the registration process and add them through the UPS My ChoiceSM preferences section.
