Can I reschedule or reroute my UPS home deliveries if I'm on vacation?

As a UPS My Choice® Member or Premium Member, you can change the delivery of your packages while you're on vacation.

Note: Members will be charged a $5 per package fee for all packages rescheduled or delivered to a UPS Retail Location. There is no additional charge for Premium Members.

To set your vacation schedule, just select Vacation Options on the UPS My Choice Preferences page, enter the dates you're going to be out of town, and choose the delivery option that's best for you.

Delivery options vary based on the length of time you'll be away from home.

For example, if you're going to be away from home for up to seven days, you can have your packages

  • Delivered to your home up to three business day after you return
  • Delivered to The UPS Store®

Note: Packages held at The UPS Store not claimed after seven calendar days after delivery will be returned to the shipper.
