Why should I add the names of other people living in the house?

When you add other household members to your UPS My ChoiceSM Membership, you give them the ability to:
  • Receive Delivery Alerts
  • Change or update delivery information
  • Give authorization online for your driver to deliver packages without a signature when no one will be home to sign in person.

For household members who have a last name different from the UPS My Choice Member, additional security questions will be required for identity verification
