Can I select the time of day I want my package delivered?

Waiting at home for a package to be delivered can be a frustrating experience. Wouldn't it be nice if there was a way you could select a 2-hour delivery window for your package?

With UPS My ChoiceSM you have more control over when packages are delivered to your home.

Approximate Delivery Time
UPS will attempt to provide a 4-hour delivery window for each package.  However, there may be times when we're unable to confidently provide an approximate delivery time.  In this case, the delivery time for your package would change from Approximate Delivery Time to By End of Day.

Confirmed 2-hour Delivery Window
UPS My Choice Premium Members can choose from up to three different confirmed 2-hour delivery windows. 

Members can select one of the confirmed delivery window options as early as two days before the scheduled delivery date and as late as 3 a.m. on the scheduled day of delivery. 

If your schedule changes and you need to cancel a confirmed 2-hour delivery window, you must cancel before 3 a.m. on the scheduled day of delivery.
 
There is a $5 fee for a confirmed 2-hour delivery window. Your payment card will be billed only upon the timely delivery of your package.

Note: Once a 2-hour delivery window has been selected, additional Delivery Change Options cannot be requested for that package
