Imagine being able to see a month's worth of UPS home delivery information in one place; that's the UPS My Choice® Delivery Planner.
As a UPS My Choice Member or Premium Member, you can get a day, week, or month view of incoming UPS packages without having to enter any tracking numbers—making it even easier to manage all your home deliveries.
From the Delivery Planner, Members and Premium Members can:
- View delivery information
- Request delivery alerts
- Provide delivery instructions for their driver
- Select a 2-hour Confirmed Delivery Window (Premium Members, $5 per package)
- Request one of the following delivery changes:
- Leave with Neighbor
- Hold for Will Call
- Deliver to Another Address or to The UPS Store® ($5 per package, free for Premium Members)
- Reschedule Delivery for a Different Day ($5 per package, free for Premium Members)
- Return to Sender
And UPS My Choice Members with multiple Memberships can check the delivery information for packages going to their other addresses as well. From the Delivery Planner, select the Show Shipments Sent To: drop-down menu and select one of your other addresses.
