What is the UPS My Choice Delivery Planner?

Imagine being able to see a month's worth of UPS home delivery information in one place; that's the UPS My ChoiceSM Delivery Planner.

As a UPS My Choice Premium Member, you can get a day, week, or month view of incoming UPS packages without having to enter any tracking numbers--making it even easier to manage all your home deliveries.

From the Delivery Planner, Premium Members can:

  • View delivery information
  • Request delivery alerts
  • Provide delivery instructions for their driver
  • Select a 2-hour Confirmed Delivery Window
  • Select Change Delivery Options

And Premium Members with multiple UPS My Choice Premium Memberships can check the delivery information for packages going to their other addresses as well.  From the Delivery Planner, select the Show Shipments Sent To: drop-down menu and select one of your other addresses.

If you want to add addresses to your UPS My Choice Membership profile, just select the Manage Delivery Addresses link below.
