Yes, because sometimes you don't want your packages left at the front door—you may want the driver to leave them at the back door, a neighbor's house, or maybe The UPS Store®.

As a UPS My Choice® Member, you can request that your driver:

  • Deliver your packages to another address or to The UPS Store ($5 per package, free for Premium Members)
  • Provide specific instructions for your driver as to where you want your package left, for example back door, patio, or concierge
  • Have your package delivered to your neighbor (neighbor must be within walking distance)
