Yes, because sometimes you don't want your packages left at the front door--you may want the driver to leave it at the back door, a neighbor's house, or maybe The UPS Store®.

As a UPS My Choice MemberSM, you can request that your driver:

  • Deliver your packages to another address ($5 per package)
  • Deliver your packages to The UPS Store ($5 per package)

When you become a UPS My Choice Premium Member you'll have free access to the options listed above, and you can:

  • Provide specific instructions for your driver as to where you want your package left, for example back door, patio, or concierge
  • Have your package delivered to your neighbor (neighbor must be within walking distance)
