Yes, but to make sure you see all your UPS home deliveries, it's important to provide comprehensive user information during enrollment.
Include any nicknames or name variations that might be used by someone sending you a package. For example, if your name is Robert, family and friends may call you Bob, Bobby, Rob, or even Bert. Nicknames can refer to terms of endearment like Junior, Champ, or even Princess.
Note: Do not include your last name in the Your First Name Variation(s) field.
Are there other people living with you, for example, a spouse, children, an in-law, or cousin? Be sure to add their profile information in the Other Household Members section.
When you add other household members to your UPS My ChoiceSM Membership, they'll be able to:
- Receive Delivery Alerts
- Change or update delivery information
- Give authorization online for your driver to deliver packages without a signature when no one will be home to sign in person.
For household members who have a last name different from the UPS My Choice Member, additional security questions will be required for identity verification.
Note: My Choice features are not available for UPS packages transferred to the United States Postal Service for final delivery. Also, delivery information for these packages will indicate a completed delivery to your local USPS® facility. |
