Only UPS My Choice® Members or Premium Members can upgrade a UPS SurePost® package to UPS Ground.

UPS My Choice Members can choose to
  • Automatically upgrade UPS SurePost packages to UPS Ground
  • Select individual packages to upgrade


Use UPS My Choice Features for packages upgraded to UPS Ground
Once a package is upgraded, Members and Premium Members can use the features available with their UPS My Choice Membership to reschedule or reroute deliveries to The UPS Store®. And packages upgraded to UPS Ground typically arrive one day earlier.

Note: A small fee is applied for each completed upgrade. Upgrade requests cannot be changed or modified.
