Each situation is different, and what you buy determines which option the
shipper makes available for your delivery.
For example, if you purchase prescription medication, perishable items, or
high value merchandise, the shipper may decide that certain delivery change
options (e.g., Deliver my Package to Another Address or Pickup my Package at a
UPS location) will not be available for that delivery.
As a UPS My Choice® Member, you will have the following options:
- Pickup my Package at a UPS Location
(Such as a UPS
Access Point™ location or a UPS Customer Center.)
- Deliver my Package to Another Address
- Deliver my Package on Another Day
UPS My Choice Premium Members can choose from up to three different confirmed
2-hour Delivery Windows.
Premium Members can choose their confirmed delivery window option as early as
two days before the scheduled delivery date and as late as 3 a.m. on the
scheduled day of delivery.
Note: There is a per package fee for a confirmed 2-hour
Delivery Window and your payment method will be billed only upon the timely
delivery of your package.
