Can I have my packages delivered to The UPS Store?

Yes, if you are a current mailbox holder, The UPS Store® will receive and hold your packages for pick-up. Check with your local store to see if additional charges or storage fees apply.

UPS My ChoiceSM Members can reroute their packages to a The UPS Store location using the Deliver to A UPS Retail Location option for a small, one-time fee.

UPS My Choice Premium Members have access to unlimited reroutes to The UPS Store.

To have your UPS My Choice package delivered to The UPS Store prior to the first delivery attempt:
  1. Track your package from the Tracking Detail page or the UPS My Choice Delivery Planner
  2. Select Change Delivery
  3. Select Deliver to a UPS Retail Location
  4. Select Next
  5. Choose your preferred The UPS Store location
  6. UPS My Choice Premium Members select Finish
  7. UPS My Choice Members select Next to confirm your payment option

Note: Additional transportation charges may apply for each delivery change request.
