How do I initiate a UPS Smart Pickup?
If you have registered for UPS Smart Pickup® through Open an Account, or you have changed your account type to UPS Smart Pickup through Maintain Your Account, you can take advantage of this environmentally friendly alternative to Daily Pickup. Simply process a shipment through UPS Internet Shipping, WorldShip® 2010 or later, or UPS CampusShip® prior to your notify time. You can also schedule a UPS Smart Pickup through the Schedule a Pickup application or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS®Note: If you request a UPS Smart Pickup after your notify time, you cannot receive a UPS Smart Pickup that same day. Instead, you can schedule your UPS Smart Pickup for the following day, request a UPS On-Call Pickup, or find a location to drop off your UPS shipment.
