Will UPS deliver my shipment to another address?

Yes, simply write the address where you would like to have the shipment delivered to on the back of the UPS InfoNotice^®. This alternate address must belong to a neighbor who is located in close proximity to your address. Then place the UPS InfoNotice back in the same location where the driver originally left it. (This does not apply to "Adult signature required" deliveries.) You may also change your delivery address on ups.com. Enter your 12-digit UPS InfoNotice number in the Tracking or InfoNotice Numbers field, and select the Track button. In the Package Progress section, select Choose Another Delivery Option. Select the Deliver to Another Address option and fill in the required details to have your shipment delivered to an alternate address.

If you need to change the delivery options for your package before the first delivery attempt, please contact the shipper for alternate arrangements. Note: A fee is assessed for all types of delivery change requests except for Will Call and Return to Sender. You will only be charged if your request is completed.
